Today we discuss about heightened reality and hyper reality.
Previously in media we were shown real locations, real people, and real events. But now they have been replace with representation of reality --> Simulacra.
Heightened reality:
We as an audience can still distinguish between what is real and what is fake (artificial).
Hyper reality:
As an audiences having difficulty in distinguish what is real and artificial. Because they often package in the same way.

Nat Geo Wild is one of the documentary shows animals wild life. The animals, location, shown in Nat Geo Wild is real, they don't fake it.
